ABOUT US
Our Service Unit
The Marin del Centro Girl Scouts is made up
of girls and adults from central Marin County. We are located in California,
USA, just north of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge. Over 500
girls take advantage of the varied cultural, social and outdoor activities
that are available in this beautiful location!
Our Communities
We live in towns nestled at the base of Mount
Tamalpais: Corte Madera, Larkspur, Kentfield, Ross, San Anselmo, Greenbrae,
Fairfax, Lagunitas, Forest Knolls and Nicasio.
Purpose Statement
To promote, recognize, support and create opportunities
for troops and girls to better serve the girls and meet the goals of
Girl Scouts.
Marin del Centro Service Unit Meetings
ALL adult volunteers are encouraged to come to Marin del Centro meetings.
We still have open positions! Contact Sheryl Graab if you have questions about the volunteer positions
available, or see short descriptions about ACT
positions on this website.
Marin
del Centro meetings (aka “Leader” meetings,
but they are for ALL adult volunteers), will be held on the following Mondays at 7pm at BACICH SCHOOL LIBRARY, 25 McAllister Avenue, Kentfield 94904 [get map]

COUNCIL invests a lot of money to support camp properties and camp programs. What do we hope to achieve with this investment? Where do outdoor programs, camp and camp properties fit in the Program Model? How do camp properties and outdoor programs help us achieve our mission and vision?

OUR GIRLS will “journey” to various countries around the world to celebrate the wonderful cultural diversity by practicing various cultural customs, cooking culinary treats, making traditional crafts, learning festive dances, playing folkloric games and enjoying lots more surprises!
